Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the StoriesPal website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by StoriesPal ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
Our Service allows you to import stories from Reddit, listen to audio narrations, and create original content. You retain ownership of any original content you create on the Service.
StoriesPal does not claim ownership of content imported from Reddit. Such content remains the property of its original authors and is processed solely for the purpose of providing accessibility and audio narration features to the user.

Enforcement: Violation of these terms will result in content removal and potential account termination. Users can report objectionable content using the in-app reporting feature. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that we collect and process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:
We collect the following types of data: Device ID, User ID, Photos or Videos, Advertising Data, Audio Data, Name, Email Address, Crash Data, Product Interaction, Other User Content, and Purchase History.
You may opt out of tracking through your device settings or by responding to the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS devices. See our Privacy Policy for more information about your rights.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you initially paid for the subscription.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase. Canceling your subscription will turn off auto-renewal, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the end of the trial period and on a recurring basis thereafter until you cancel.
All payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. StoriesPal does not process refunds directly.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users or imported from third-party sources like Reddit), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StoriesPal and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, RevenueCat for payment processing, and Google AdMob for advertisements. These services may collect and process your data according to their own privacy policies.
Our Service may also contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by StoriesPal. StoriesPal has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings menu. When you delete your account:
Account deletion is irreversible. If you wish to use StoriesPal again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In no event shall StoriesPal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
